Last week, I published a reflection on my 5 years at Automattic. Many coworkers reached out to congratulate me on the anniversary; among them, I received a very special message:

you can create things from scratch and you’ll never stop doing that
that’s why founders often have the biggest impact in companies, even if they didn’t found it themselves
My previous post was clearly missing something. This is a reminder to myself: I’m a founder, and I always will be.
